Fall Fellowship Frolic 2007 Festival Rules and Regulations:

.Everyone MUST sign a waiver for themselves and their children before entering the site, stating that they will not hold the Pagan Crossroads Society and/or Camp Netimus liable for any injury.

.VOLUNTEERS must put in at least 3 hours in order to receive a discount on their admission. If volunteers do not fulfill their 3 hour requirement they will not be allowed to volunteer at the festival again in the future.

.Festival attendees will wear their Festival Passes at all times.

.Please treat the land as sacred. Pick up all trash and place it in the designated receptacles. There will be containers for garbage as well as recycling. Please leave the area better than you found it. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the sand buckets provided, and not thrown onto the ground, into the woods, or into the sacred fire.

.NO SMOKING IN ANY BUILDINGS ON THE PREMISES. Smoking is permitted in designated areas outside of certain buildings. Sand buckets will be provided for putting out cigarette butts. Make sure butts are completely extinguished, and do not throw them on the ground. Underage smoking is not permitted. Smoking of illegal substances will not be tolerated. Please be considerate of Non-Smokers.

.Camp and park within designated areas. No vandalizing, no littering, no polluting, no hunting, and no cutting or nailing of live trees. Use all cabins, buildings, areas, and equipment responsibly. Attendees are responsible for keeping their own cabins and areas clean, tidy, and free of trash at all times. Attendees will be held responsible for any damages that they cause to the grounds, buildings, cabins, or equipment beyond normal wear and tear, and will have to reimburse Camp Netimus for the damages.

.Due to the fact that we have no certified lifeguard available, water sports (boating, canoeing, swimming, fishing) will be unavailable.

.No unapproved fires may be set-up. Fires are allowed in designated campfire areas and fireplaces only. All campfires must be attended while burning, you must extinguish all fires properly after use, and fires must be COMPLETELY extinguished before leaving any area. NO FIRE JUMPING ALLOWED. The Central Fire is a sacred fire - do not throw trash or cigarette butts into it.

.Propane, Kerosene, or other combustible heaters are not allowed in the cabins. If you wish to bring in a portable electric heating device, you will be charged an extra $50 per weekend per device. Battery operated devices are allowed.

.No Firearms or Explosives are allowed on the premises.

.There will be licensed medical personnel on site. The medical personnel, by law, are not permitted to dispense prescription medication unless they are doctors. If you have prescription medication, please bring it with you in case of an emergency. Upon check-in you must notify staff of any PHYSICAL or MENTAL HEALTH CONDITIONS that may require medication and/or medical attention.

.Open containers of Alcohol are not allowed. YOU MUST BE OF LEGAL AGE TO DRINK. Anyone under 21 consuming alcoholic beverages will be removed from the site by the state police, as well as anyone who gives alcohol to someone who is underage. Please bring a valid photo ID with birthdate when you sign in at the gate. Vendors ONLY may sell THEIR OWN HOMEBREWED alcohol to people of legal age. Vendors selling alcohol must abide by all PA State laws, and must require show of proper I.D.

.NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES WILL BE TOLERATED. If you fail to comply, or if we suspect you have illegal substances, we will call the authorities, you will be removed from the festival, and a refund will not be issued.

.Festivalgoers must party responsibly, since disruptive or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. Please keep in mind that this is a family-friendly event, and minors will be present. Anyone engaging in disruptive, discourteous, lewd, or illegal behavior can be told to leave by any member of the festival staff, and police will be called if necessary.

.All pets must be in a cage or on a leash AT ALL TIMES, and must be friendly to both humans and other pets. They must be licensed and current on their rabies shots. Pets that cannot be controlled, those that demonstrate unfriendly behavior, or those with owners who do not take adequate care of them must leave the festival. Owners MUST pick up after their pets. No Pets are allowed in the Dining Hall. The only exception to this is working Service Animals.

.Parents are responsible for their children at all times during the festival, and no one under 18 will be allowed into the festival without a parent or guardian. Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or caretaker at all times. The parent/legal guardian/caretaker is responsible for the supervision of the minor(s) and for ensuring that the minor(s) complies with all of the Festival Guidelines. There will be children’s activities available at the festival, but we do not provide childcare. The staff is NOT responsible for your children. You may not drop off your  young children to participate at children’s events unsupervised. If you are in need of childcare, you might be able to recruit an enterprising teenager for babysitting services.

.Please DO NOT use the camp’s equipment - such as boats, kayaks, ziplines, climbing walls, horses, golf carts, etc. - without supervision or permission. Certain equipment will be available during specified hours under strict supervision. CERTAIN ITEMS ARE NOT FOR YOUR INTENDED USE. Any unauthorized use of camp equipment will result in your removal from the festival.

.This is NOT a skyclad event and NOT a clothing-optional event. Again, this is a family friendly festival. Please be respectful of your fellow campers and their families.

.The festival is held on private property, and no one from the media may attend without prior permission. NO video cameras are allowed. If you are caught using a cell phone to take video footage, you will be expelled from the festival. Photos may be taken at the festival for personal use ONLY, but remember: no one may be photographed who does not wish to be. Some people in the Pagan community aren’t out of the Broom Closet, and we must respect their privacy. CELL PHONES must be TURNED OFF while you are in attendance at RITUALS, WORKSHOPS or PERFORMANCES.

.Upon check-in at the festival, you must provide the license plate number and make of your vehicle to receive your Festival Parking Pass. You MAY park your vehicle NEXT to your cabin for convenience, but once your vehicle is parked, it must STAY PARKED for the whole weekend. Please KEEP THE CABIN ACCESS ROADS CLEAR in case of emergencies. If you are setting up for tenting or vending on the flat field area, you may park NEXT to the field and CARRY your equipment to your spot, but you may not drive on the field itself. After drop off, VEHICLES must be parked in the designated Parking Area. All vehicles must have their car Festival Parking Pass displayed in the front window where it can be easily seen, no matter where they are parked. Any vehicle without a Parking Pass, will be towed at owner’s expense.

.Festival admission is NOT refundable for  ANY reason. Be aware that if you are removed or forced to leave due to any violation of our guidelines, or if you are unable to attend the festival for any reason, your admission will not be refunded. At-the-Gate or Day Pass admissions are payable by CASH ONLY. No checks will be accepted.  Anyone who does not abide by the current rules of the festival can be removed from the festival at any time.
